With a fierce wind driving across the pitch from goal to goal this game was always going to be decided by the side who best adapted to the conditions. It came as no surprise when the home goalkeeper done a "Paul Robinson" and scored with a long clearance. The home forwards, however, couldn't take advantage and extend their lead and Lordswood equalised with a Jamie Lee penalty.Lordswood were confident at the start of the second half but a horrendous back pass allowed Kennington to regain the lead. Lordswood forwards then clicked into gear and their "man of the match" Andre Marques proved too hot to handle as he provided goals for Scott Gilman and Jamie Lee before scoring himself to complete an excellant wins.
