Lordswood U/18  1   Maidstone Utd U/18  4

Unbeaten league leaders and title favourites Maidstone United proved to strong for Lordwoods on Sunday winning 4 - 1.

Despite hitting the woodwork and forcing the Maidstone Utd keeper into making two superb saves, Lordswood went into the break 0 - 3 down thanks to the devastating speed produced by the Maidstone forwards.

Maidstone scored a fourth in the second half but our heads did not go down. Lordswood battled back and scored a deserved consolation goal when David Abe slotted home.
